Münchhausen 750th Anniversary
The year 2020 is a very special “Münchhausen Anniversary year”.
Celebrate with us sensational 450 years Münchhausen castle Schwöbber and the 300th birthday of the legendary Hieronymus Carl Friedrich Freiherr von Münchhausen, better known to you as “Baron of the lies”.
Throughout the year there are many unique events like classical open air concerts in the stunning scenery of our castle.
You can already look forward to our Anniversary week, where you can dive even deeper than usual into the palatial times of the Renaissance and Baroque between August 30th and the 6th of September 2020.
